 labels like cetero aren't fetishising nonbinary people. people, especially binary people, expressing attraction to us aren't fetishising us and i'm tired of this take. "but you can't be attracted to nonbinary people specifically because nonbinary doesn't have a look!" oh hey, i have some news for you: male and female don't have a look either. attraction to nonbinary people is beautiful and should be celebrated rather than being shunned. it all goes back to nonbinary people not being supposed to exist and neither is attraction to us. it all goes back to us having to feel comfortable with labels that are potentially misgendering or not being acknowledged at all.
