my braille teacher who's in her 60s asked me why i changed my name (after asking for consent about asking a personal question), so i told her i'm nonbinary and it felt more right. then she told me about her lesbian daughter who's dated a nonbinary person before. she kept forgetting the word nonbinary, though. at the end of my lesson, she said it's a pleasure to know me and asked for a cuddle. so, shoutout to my braille teacher. she's great. and everyone else at the blind place has been nothing but lovely too.
